Happy Habits

You guys already know that I am all about habits. You know, implementing those little routines and rituals into your everyday so that you can feel grounded in who you are! Habits also help to keep you on track so that you can achieve your goals and show up your dang life! I want to share with you some key habits that I want you to give a try and see how it changes your day. When you do things that change your day for the better, you will change your life!

CHANGE YOUR EVERYDAY, CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

This one is going to sound a little strange at first, but let me explain. I want you to talk to yourself out loud. Yup, out loud! Research actually shows that when you use YOU instead of I you can reduce feelings of anxiety and stress and improve self esteem and even efficiency

How to make it a habit!!!

I want you to give yourself a pep talk in the morning. It can go something like this… “You are a complete badass and you can handle anything today throws at you!” If you have something big on your plate like a presentation or an interview, pump yourself up by saying things like “you totally got this and you will rock this interview!” Using this second person self talk will take some getting used to, but give it a try and see how it changes your mindset and outlook on your day! Oh and for the record, YOU ROCK BABE!!!
