Alright, this habit is all about keeping your crown on. You know, keeping your shoulders back and your head high. Research shows that when you make a conscious effort to stand tall, you will feel happier and even more confident! Can someone say POWER POSE!?
This habit can be especially hard when you’re having a bad day or you just don’t feel confident in your skin. I get it! We all have those days, but when we become more aware of how we are sitting or how we are walking around on a day to day basis, this will become second nature on those days that we feel like absolute crap!
How to make it a habit!!
Each time you sit down, remember to keep your body straight and shoulders back! When you stand up, remember shoulders back and head up!
