Did you know that if you take some time to declutter your home, your mind will follow?? Crazy right?! Studies actually show that if you have more clutter in your environment, you will also have more cortisol (the stress hormone) in your body! Dont let your stuff weigh you down. Its important to find a decluttering method that works for you and begin getting rid of the things that you dont need. Maybe every other Sunday you take some time to clean up your house. Or maybe you take the next week to clean out your closet and donate clothes that no longer fit! Find something that works. The things that are taking up space in your environment that add to your stress level without you even noticing!
